Shipping & Returns

All shipping is sent via USPS First Class. If you need Express or Priority Shipping please email me at Andrea@NaturalObsessionsFiber.com for purchase off-site. I ship every Tuesday and Friday and you will be informed when your package has left the building. All my shipments are packaged using reusable, recyclable, or compostable materials, including the envelope, so feel free to reuse anything you can, and toss the rest into your compost pile.

Since all my items are hand dyed or hand spun there are no exchanges possible. Refunds, minus shipping, are possible as long as the fiber is returned to me in its original condition within 14 days of purchase. If you are unhappy with your fiber, please contact me at Andrea@NaturalObsessionsFiber.com and lets discuss how to make it right. I want you to be as happy with your fiber as I am.
